What We Collect

TeamRadar collects only what's needed to provide the service:

• Account info — email address and password (hashed, never stored in plain text)
• 1:1 data — meeting notes, agendas, action items, mood ratings, and goals you create
• Usage data — basic request logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and debugging

What We Don't Collect

• No analytics trackers or third-party scripts
• No cookies beyond your session cookie
• No selling or sharing of data with third parties

AI Features

If you use AI-powered meeting prep, you can provide your own Anthropic API key. When using your own key, your data goes directly to Anthropic under their API terms — TeamRadar does not store or log AI prompts or responses.

Data Storage

Your data is stored in a SQLite database on Fly.io infrastructure in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Optional encryption at rest is available for sensitive fields (API keys, integration tokens).

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Email support@teamradar.dev to request deletion. We process requests within 48 hours.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.

Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be communicated via email.
