The Short Version

TeamRadar is a 1:1 management tool for engineering managers. You use it to track meetings, notes, and action items with your team. We host it, you own your data.

Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure
• One person per account — no sharing credentials

Free Trial

New accounts get a 21-day free trial with full access. After the trial, your account becomes read-only until you subscribe. Your data is never deleted due to trial expiration.

Paid Plan

• $29/month, billed monthly via Stripe
• Cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months

Your Data

• You own everything you put into TeamRadar
• We don't sell, share, or use your data for anything other than providing the service
• You can request a full export or deletion at any time

Acceptable Use

Don't use TeamRadar to:

• Store illegal content
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Overwhelm the service with automated requests

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. TeamRadar is provided "as is" without warranty. We're a small team doing our best.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
